The Standing Executive Board of the Association is composed of the President, Executive Vice President, Vice Presidents and Secretary-General.
The President is the legal representative of the Association and performs the following duties:
• Preside over the General Assembly and meetings of the Executive Board and Standing Executive Board;
• Review implementation of resolutions made at the General Assembly and Board meetings;
• Sign resolutions and other important documents of the Association;
• Organize and preside over important activities of the Association.
Responsibilities of the Executive Vice President include:
• Assist the President with routine work of the Association;
• Activities of the Secretariat;
• Recommend directors of the special committees and subject to decision of the Executive Board.
