The Executive Board is the governing body of the Association,
in charge of its daily activities during adjournment
of its General Assembly. Responsibilities Board
include,
•Summon General Assembly, report to it the financial
status of the Association and implement resolutions of the General
Assembly;
• Supervise members ¡¯s compliance to the Articles and other
self-regulatory rules and execute penalties to those who violate
the Articles and other self-regulatory rules.Membership cancellation
is subject to decision of the General Assembly;
• Draw up annual plan;
• Formulate annual financial budget and annual final accounting
plan;
• Decide on admission of membership;
• Examine and approve voluntary withdrawal of membership;
• Draw up self-regulatory rules;
• Decide structure of the Association;
• Elect, appoint and dismiss Secretary-General of the Association;
• Decide on employment of Deputy Secretary-General and positions
in charge of the special committees;
• Suggest interim General Assembly;
• Formulate internal rules and regulations of the Association;
• Consider other major issues subject to decision of the
Executive Board.
