The General Assembly, consisting of all members of the Association,
enjoys supreme power of CBA, which includes
• Formulating and amending Articles of the Association;
• Reviewing and approving financial reports of the Association
and reports of the Executive Board and the Board of Supervisors;
• Considering and approving strategies and programs of
the Association;
• Electing and dismissing members of the Executive Board
and the Board of Supervisors;
• Electing and dismissing President, Executive Vice Presidents,
Vice President and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors;
• Reviewing decisions concerning cancellation of membership;
• Reviewing and approving membership
fees;
• Making decisions on such issues as the dissolution
and liquidation of the Association;
• Reviewing and approving other issues subject to decision
by the General Assembly.
